General Discussion / New email

Hello I was a full member at one time I moved houses and changed email and tried to change my email and it said it did  now when I try to login it says a member already has that username Error
would you like to send an activation email and I do but nothing happens.    Not sure what's going on but I'm a newbie again   I would like my old account back if possible not sure what I did but may need an administrators help.     
I use to be jack72  but now just jack hmmm    Any help would be great
