Start away so long been busy splitting wood I am running a heat master 10,000e owned it for over six years now and the only problem that I have had was a pump burning out not bad

The heat master dealer in my area is always available to answer all my questionsno  matter what time it was. I told them I had it narrowed down to two different dealers he still told me that he would help me out anyway that I needed even if I didn't buy one from him. He said if I needed parts for installation he would help me and I need information on how to install the unit he would also help. That there alone would make want to buy a  heat master because of the dealer

I see a lot of you complaining about how much wood you use  but a lot of that  depends on the type of wood you are burning and how much insulation you have in your house.Before you cut down someones wood burn maybe you should look at that first. I heat two homes  with mine  around 5300 sqf and i fill it once a day
