I'm in exact same situation - Shaver furnace with supplemental parts from Altheat.  I have a variable speed control and it only seems to buzz at the halfway point or lower; when it's set to high the rattle/buzz/vibration goes away.  I'm bascially dealing with it by just turning it up.

My bigger problem is that when the blower shuts off (I have it set at about 180), by the time the water temp drops for it to kick back on, the fire is typically beyond saving and it goes out.  Any suggestions?  I've been cracking the ash pan door just to keep some convection going, but ...
