You can also go to badger insulated pipe. That is where I had got mine.

You can also through some aluminum cans but you need it to be hot enough that it will melt the cans.

About 10-12hrs heating an old farm house and the furnace blower coming on about every 5 min.

I also have mine on the return side as I have my A coil for my central air on the outlet side and had no room to put the HX there. I relocated my filter to go before the HX and it has been working good this way.
