I wish I would have done it years ago!!
« on: December 11, 2011, 05:34:51 PM »

Yep - I have read these words on this site more than one time and now I see why.  I've had my new Legend going for about six weeks now. Been thur 30 - 70 degree day and nights and about to get the hang of it.  I've been putting enough wood in it to last 12 hours, but the last few times, I have put in enough to fill it every 24 hours. I really haven't seen much difference in performance or build up.  I've cut about 40 cords of wood this year from Hurricane Irene and plan on cuttin another 10 or so.  Hopefully I won't have to cut any for a few years.  I just hate to see it lay in the woods and rot.  I've had a insert for years and this OWF is so much easier!

Like all of us, once you have an OWB, you really have taken a stand to be independent of foreign oil, something our country doesn't seem to have the stomach for.  This "sweat equity" will continue to pay dividends for years to come.  Congratulations!
