Under your typing window there is green text that says "attachments and other options" hit that and then you will see a grey button that says "choose file" that will bring up your window to pick a picture. If you want to do more than 1 click more attachments and you will get another choose file box.

There are issues with this site running out of server space so most guys are uploading their pictures to a sharing program site and posting a link. If you post pictures on thus site they will likely be deleted in a few months.
