Looks like you are living through one of the 6 coldest winters since records have been kept!

I counted my area had 62 days below 0f crazy . After stuffin 17 cord of dry oak in my heatmor 200 I was getting worried I had water in the trench touching the lines . But today it just did a 16 hour burn with 5- 4 inch 30 long peices . It was a test . Trench is fine as it never hold temp that long if water was touch lines . So all is good . It was just that dang cold . I was getting up at 4:00am load the stove anything colder then -5f  as mornings I like a warm house . So it was burning non stop all winter . keep in mind 5500sqft 2 houses and shop and garage . Average between all buildings 60-65f . I posted a update below 0f .

I keep our house at 75 degrees (keeps our hedgehogs happy that we breed) all winter starting in mid October - May. I have a ~1,400 sq. ft. house and an older 2 1/2 car garage I keep at about 45 so i can do oil changes without freezing my hands off! Heat it with the 400 CSS and fill it once even when it is -20, if i use good oak. I use about 8-12 chords all winter (3/4 oak and 1/4 pine).
