Of puffing today, put some wood in closed the door and turned blower back on. Big ole puff finally broke my "needed to be replaced" bottom door latch. Needless to say I stayed warm replacing it with the boiler in gasification mode and the door open.

Well could have been worse I suppose, could have been ten pm at night.
