I love em....   Some ppl don't know how to fix em though..   

My grandma fixes them in the crock pot a lot....   Not as good as fried but def not chewy

Pack them up and send them to me! Them's the best part of the chicken!!!!!!!!

One of the small towns near me has a 2 day gizzard fest every year. Two days of eatin' gizzards and drinkin' beer. I still love the gizzards, but I'm getting too old for the beer.

The gizzard-fest is in Potterville, Michigan.  I haven't tried the gizzards but I play in the softball tournament.
