Hello,
I am new here but not new to OWB's. Wondering what the longest run from boiler to house you have heard of? Also what size ID lines? Pumps? How has it performed? I am contemplating a long run over 600ft and looking for real world experience before I dig. I have attached a few pics of some boilers I have built for anyone who cares. Thanks for any responders!

I doubt there are many people here that have run that far just because of the cost of the pipe.

I just talked to someone about pipe a few days ago about something similar. (possibly you?)
If you use large lines it should work ok. If I were doing it myself I would probably use the 40mm 2 wrap and add some extra insulation around it.

I recently heard of a District Heating site, where they had a single run of 600' but they were also running 4" supply and return.  I think max length of run depends on your distribution pipe size and your pump.  Definate  on the build; how large is the water jacket, and what kind of BTU's are you pulling.
