Cliff, I looked online and couldn't find a PDF version, maybe someone here can let you copy theirs, or perhaps call central and see if they can ship one to you

Scott you're right. I don't think there's a pdf version out there unless it's a scan.
Wasted about 3 hours looking yesterday.
Ws hoping someone here might have archived their own.
