Who do you call to fix a leaking boiler

Hello,

I have a woodmaster 5500 that is >10years old and I am not the original owner - so no warranty.

So who do I call to get work done?  All the 'dealers' that are posted on the woodmaster site only sell/install. 

I have found several small holes/leaks in the back of the wood burner that need to be fixed along with some other things that have gone wrong over the years.

I really don't really want to go through standard heating/cooling repair place.  I have called several and of course they said, sure we fix that, and when they came out they look lost.

I emailed Woodmaster but no reply - I guess I can call.

#1 contact a good local welder that can do onsite welding and cutting. I am not a dealer for them but have worked on a few of their units, I would like to know more about your leak, where is it on the unit, inside firebox or outside water jacket, could you show us a picture, you may E-mail if you don't want to post pictures

If you pm me your phone number I have a guy that can do the work for you he lives in wacusta he is a welder by trade verry good quality work. He works for a big name welding company in lansing. I'm the type of person that dosent hardly ever pay anyone to do things for me but he is someone I have had do work for me and would hire him in a minute again.

Yep, these guys are right; you need a welder!

If you can't find someone from the recommendations above, let me know via PM. I'm a welder with a portable setup out of Kalamazoo and I can probably help you out as long as you don't need it done 'tomorrow'. My primary business now is fire & life safety education but I still do a little welding whenever I can.
