Cold here in central maine

21 below last night and already 14 below tonight, 73 inside cozy and warm, love my p&m optimizer 250, so far no issues or problems knock on wood....

Good morning Randy, hope you had a Merry Christmas and happy new year celebration, man you got your unit in at the right time, I can't remember a colder winter in a long time, what's with the snow again, we keep getting slammed down here in Biddeford and you guys slide with a trace, something just doesn't seem right, 8 -16 inches forecast for today, I'm ready for spring already!  On a good note I think they finally got my transmission fixed right, it took 6 tries but they got it with no extra cost to me. Maybe the old truck will last a couple more years if Brian takes it easy on me.

Yeah it is a bit on the nippy side up here in the north too it was -24 and a high of -14 today. 1 out of 2 vehicles started this morning but the house is toasty and the floors are really warm.

Another night well below 0 and I'm a toasty 73.. Yes slim we had a great Xmas. Thanks again for all the help. Had a buddy of mine over the other night who has a heatmor he bought from a local dealer... He was very impressed with the install, especially the manifold / heat exchanger and the ease of access, ISOlation valves etc. I'm running good exhaust temps still in the 230 to 280 range with only a good cleaning every other weekend. I do clean the reaction chamber every few days. 190 on 195 off. No real residue or moisture ever in the air box. I can see I will need a new nosel probably by next winter. It's showing a very little wear. Its gassing awesome... Couldn't be more happy.. Btw I haven't seen an oil truck in my driveway for almost 6 Months and the tank is still 3/4 full. I did have the oil boiler come on once when we.. or should I say she forgot to turn the fan back on after filling the stove one evening lol,,, learning experience...
