Get it from your dealer, he is the guy that supports you, why would you choose not to support him.

Yeah I think you need to get it from your Heatmaster dealer. If not your guy another HM dealer. They should send you test bottles and shipping labels as well.  It's gotta be their specific stuff. I think it even says what it is in the manual.   If your guys isn't around anymore for some reason, Scott7m can help you out.

My dealer has been good when I had a fan issue and had to pay him to come fix it but when I tried to get some water sample bottle he said he would bring them and 2 months later still haven't got them. I just got my sample results back (from the last sample bottle i had) and i need to add half a gallon of treatment. i don't want to wait who knows how long on him bringing me some when i could order it now and have it in couple days. Sometimes it is a day or so before i can get ahold of him. I would be more than happy to support him if he was supporting me as well.

I hate to keep pushing people onto Scott, so I'll let him volunteer if he wants to. I would start with replying to the lady who sent you the results from Heatmaster. See if she can connect you with someone from Heatmaster. Or call one of Heatmaster's main numbers and see if that works. You really need their stuff and their bottles. Good luck!

When you contact corporate, nicely let them know that your dealer has fallen a bit short on service and perhaps they will nudge him a bit, sometimes we all get very busy and forget so maybe express your concerns directly to him, Point that CountryBoy and I are saying is buy your treatment from the manufacturer or their rep for warranty and service purposes.

No ill feelings here! I just didn't want you to get into trouble with your warranty! Glad Scott is hooking you up!

They've been using Certified water treatment for the past few years. It works better on non-pressurized systems.
