Well since you brought it back up, still wanting to hear some proof of terms like "dead water".
Or how wont hardly rust as bad is a good thing? How about no rust?
Oh yea, and we can't forget that boiler treatment is snake oil
2 nails, 2 plastic cups, 2 drops of treatment, in a matter of days you'll see which nail is rusting away and which one looks like new. If you want you can even heat the water up first to make it dead
Ayuh,.... My boiler is run tied to the house boiler....
Same 12 psi system, same water....
When the system water is repeatedly heated, 'n pumped, dissolved gases are purged from the water...
Mine more so/ better than others, because I have a spiro-vent at the outlet of each boiler, 'n pump away from it...
The spiro-vent knocks out the dissolved gases even quicker... the low-pressure point caused by the pump helps even more,...
After a short time in the system, the water is pretty damn
Dead,...
a fish sure as 'ell would die, as there's
No dissolved Oxygen in it,...
No free Oxygen,....
No rust....
I concede that I wrote from My Own Experiences, 'n I didn't think of the fact that many or even most of you are runnin' Open systems....
I shoulda been more clear that, My system don't need any Snake Oils....

I'll also note, I'm a single digit typist, 'n my words are short for their meanin's...
Ignorant Comments is/ was Over the Top,....

Askin' 'bout My comments in the appropriate thread woulda been a 'ell of alot more civil don'tcha think,..??
