I hope after a couple heating seasons you still have the same feelings about your Heiss boilers.  Good luck, looking forward to reading your posts in the future.

					Slim.
Sorry not smart enough to get pictures to your e-mail. Got message of you trying to help get this resolved. Work toward getting money back, gasifer listed for 12,000 they sold it to me for 9,000 took some off because I sold the 5000 model to a neighbor here and the rest because they were nice guys. I would not take a replacement if I have to use it and I don't want to be the person that sells it to someone. Good news when I get check, or should I say it clears the bank, I'll send you a thank you check I believe 2500.00 should be enough for your trouble.
Thanks again
Please don't feel bad if you strike out, he has a --- of a curve ball

					The boiler-----
The warranty! For sure there should be something, Heiss has messed me around from Thanksgiving of 2012 till March of 2014. The word "Warranty" has never been mentioned, about January of 2013 one of the owners finally made it out to look at the problem and told me they were going to replace it with a new one. I don't have time to write down the whole story from start to finish. Only thing I will say is at he age of 57 I learned a very big lesson about people. I have never encountered anyone like this man before. I have lost money before but can say I've never been taken for a "RIDE" like this before! My job now is to inform others of the quality of this product. Is there any refectory that can take 2000 degrees for twenty years and not burn out? If so they would us it comericaly and never have to shut down for repairs.
Going to stop here for now.
Thank you we need to make sure others with our same interests don't get taken advantage of.

					Diesel-dodge
I know this isn't possible, but I would love to be at the shop or talk on a three way line with the both of you, when you ask him the questions you need too ask.
You don't have to make it your goal to bring up the reputation of a company and get caught up in "more sales" Just buy ONE that you will be satisfied with and will last you for years.
Happy hunting

Just got on this again.  Sent a message to slimjim, might have been to his e- mail, I really don't know how to use this yet.  I did read slims message'. "Our goal is to bring the reputation of ALL OWB's up larger market more sales.". I think someone's reputation isn't something that slim can bring up.  I might be wrong " look at the boilers I bought" they alone prove I can be wrong.  You build your own reputation buy having a good product, yes there can be problems with the product.  That is when customer service comes in. After you admit you had a problem and take care of it.   That is when "YOU" as a person and company start to build your reputation.
I don't really know what you were trying to say by larger market, more sales. The problems i incountered with my gasifer and the service i got could do nothing but leave a ------ taste in someones mouth. This could only benefit maybe a company like yours that has "BUILT" their reputation on a good product, good service, good customer relationships. I can't see this helping the Heiss industry at all.
I don't know if you give your phone number out, I will e-mail you mine, hope you have time to call.
Thank you
I will be on here again you can bet on that.

If you are thinking about buying a Heiss boiler or a gasifer,  PLEASE do yourself a favor and contact me.  I can only hope to save you all the problems I've had with both. Not to say 10,000 dollars for a gasifer I bought or 3,000 for the boiler
Thank you I hope I can save some ones hard earned money and make it known the quality of the units and the problems I had with this company!
