Anyone ever find out if we can adapt a large scale chiller into our OWB systems to cool our houses?

My bill would have been about $75 more had I not been heating my DHW with my OWB! Look how rate more than doubles after 600 kwh usage.

Looks real similar to my bill from them. F'n crooks.  Yeah, how do you like the double price tag for more than 600?  Put the screws to a guy because they don't offer gas two houses further for hot water, stove, dryer etc.  What the H311 consumers?
