As  I mentioned in another post, we are going to be building a new house soon.  We are letting our daughter and son-i-l have the Hardy.

I want to get something more efficient.   The closest CB dealer is a 100 miles.  What other brands should I consider?

Although after reading some of the information on here, I have figured out my pipes are a great deal of the problem. They are 4' deep but not insulated and all of them are touching.
I didn't install it. HVAC company did.

Also are there any benefits of the Hardy having 4 water lines instead of 2 like most?

I dont know of any. But I will ask around. What part of SEMO you in?

With in about 15 miles of Poplar Bluff.

I was going to buy a CB at Bucheits in Jackson, but I called over there and they quit selling them

I dont remenber Buchhiets selling them. Im up here close to Jackson Ill do some asking around and see if anybody can tell me where a close dealer is

I haven't totally decided not to get another Hardy. 
I know how to fix it, and how it hooks up.  Has not ever given me any real problems.  Just seems awful hungry. 
I have no complaints with the smoke either.  Ours has never been real smoky.

Well I just bought a new H2. Its my very first OWB and I decided on the Hardy because there are so many people that I know that live close to me that have one and none of them had anything bad to say about them. Not to say that its the best brand or others dont compair thats what I got because I had all the input from friends, family, and neighbers and the fact that I have 3 dealers close, the furthest one being about 40min drive.
