Thinking about it and running to Menard's many times took longer than actually doing the work.  Without interruptions and the right parts and tools I would expect a weekend is plenty of time.  Just don't go so fast that you fail to miss something important.

Agreed! I think I made about 5 or 6 trips to Menards during my install  :bash:

Also, if you aren't too handy with plumbing, the gatorbite/sharkbite fittings work like a champ and are pretty hard to screw up.  They will cost you though!
