like scott said you no when she kneds to be fed being the only guy in the house now i love my time or quite time  the wife says i am weard becouse i love the smell or just seeing the smoke comming from the stack at night its like a truck with dull exost on cold morning still go to the stove in flip flops or bare feet. and like you guys tought me i turn the blower off before opening the door hardly no smoke

I second the DHW as a favorite.

My gasser has smoke bypass but doesn't work.  Once you open the door and create a huge opening the smoke is coming out the door and not going up a 6" bypass.

I like the fit and finish on mine and how nice it burns and best of all no propane bill anymore.

The central boilers have it, but once in a while I like to just open the door it shoots a huge 15ft flame like a jet my neighbor is far but I am sure he is like WTF is that guy doing.

Haha! Scared the #### out of me the first time that happened, and I ain't scared a nuttin! You learn real fast when NOT to open it to avoid that. Or when to do it to impress the chicks, lol!

I love the smell of wood burning myself as well......I love going putting in wood in boiler and listen to the wood crackel after being thrown in and love the feeling of not having a oil or propane bill.......
