Hello I am in need of some parts for my empyre 250. I am nw PA and the local dealer is tellign me he cannot get the controller and the relays and stuff for it. Is there a direct number for customer service/parts? I just moved into this house and the previous tenants distroyed the boiler. I am not sure what all i need, all i know is I pulled the controller out and the wires are all burned and melted. The back of controller is all melted also. I really need to get the stuff on order and get it fixed as my mom recently had a stroke and will be staying with us soon and all i have for back up heat is elec baseboard. Any and all leads appreciated. Thank YOU

Not sure if it's exactly the same model but one of my competitors at my last show has the new stainless model and he burned the wiring up on it and it killed the aquastat at the same time, I had a spare aquastat in my truck ( digital Love control ) the same control used on the Sequoyah Paradise e 33+3400 models, I pulled out the wiring and found it to be laying directly on top of the firebox and all melted inside the greenfield, I reran the wires with 14 guage on top of the insulation instead and replaced the love control, up and running again for the show in about 2 hours, better than new. The control can be purchased from Rick Davis at Badger insulated pipe in Mauston Wi. 800-571-7002
