How dry does, or seasoned does my wood need to be for the new EPA heatmor? I know the old one it really didn't matter,

I'm not real knowledgable about Heatmor but for our stoves we like to see below 25% moisture, if you must burn greener wood be sure to keep a good load on the stove.

I've heard heatmor likes it pretty dry, down in the 17-22 range.  Proper sizing of a gasser is really critical, hopefully your not oversized
