Just a few more suggestions:
Ask for referrals so you can talk to customers and get their unbiased feedback!
Ask to see a customer’s installation!
Ask if dealer will be able to offer help 24 x 7 when you put a phone call into them! How many years have they been in the industry?
Ask if dealer will help “fire up” your new OWB!
Ask if you dealer has parts for your installation or replacement parts on hand!
Ask about underground pipe and customer referrals about any heat loss!
Ask about upcoming shows and fairs they are attending!
Compare many units and do not stop asking questions!

This is of course specific to the northeast and Maine, your state will have thier own rules and you should read them, the point is ask lots of questions!

  Funny that rain caps are talked about a lot on this..Didn't know that in Maine your not allowed to have a rain cap unless required by mfg

In thier infinite wisdom the Maine DEP decided that the solution to polution is dilution, push the smoke higher with less restriction= less ground smoke, to heck with liberty to decide whats best in your application

By the way, those rules were pretty much written and slammed through the state legislation by a nit wit by the name of lois fontaine at the Maine state DEP, I really should'nt give out his direct line but if you should call the switchboard and ask for him ask for lew---eez, he will know where it came from!!!
