Take a look at the p/m bl28/40 I believe this replaced the ml25, its a solid unit simple set up, nothing fancy not much to give out. I have the Bl34/44 I'm very very happy no regrets. Good luck on your purchase.

Yes the B-L series replaces the M-L, the B-L is brick lined for a hotter and cleaner burn and is sectional for any future repairs

the ml is ADVERTISED as being very lightly used and the price is right. what was the reason for the replacement? was is just p and m updating all models or somthng specific to the ml25?  I don't mine buying old generation if it worked, I don't need bells and whistles. thanks for any ml 25 model specific feedback.

Unless you know something that I don't, and you may as I don't stay on top of what I can't sell here, no more B-L series are being made and again the new B-L is sectional

Hey Frankie, thanks for the update. I wasn't real sure what model the bl replaced. The brick lining sure does make for a hot fire. My bl hardly puts out any smoke, real nice heat signature out of the stack. Can't wait until next season when I'll have some hard wood to burn instead of pine. Hopefully no smoke at all!

Jefito,

What are your heat loads on your bl34/44 and what are your burn times?  That is the exact model I am considering.  I am curious about burn times.
