Which pump setting?
« on: November 02, 2014, 08:26:19 AM »

There are 3 settings on my pump,  just don't know which is ideal.  I run 1" lines, 70' run to a water to air exchanger

I'm thinking most will say the highest setting. Has something to do with circulating the hottest water possible back in the OWF

...as long as you don't hear a gravelly sound in your pipes you should be good.  Excessive noise in a hydronic system is never a good thing; because its either air in the system (not good) or you are overpumping system (causing turbulance and potentialy eroding metal fittings
