160-165 on secondary side of HX, should be good, but I also have no idea what your application is.

HOPE THIS HELPS:
If its In-Slab, YOU ARE WAY TOO HOT, need to mix down to at least 120 or cooler
If its Under-Subfloor, You may be a bit hot but in the realm of possibility
If its Radiators or other Water to Air HX, I am not 100% sure but you may be a little on the cool side (I have never installed so I do not know normal operating temps)
If its SNOW MELT, Still a bit hot for that, but GOOD LUCK and I hope you have a HUGE wood pile or small snow falls
If its heating your DHW, It will work and you will need tempering valve!!

Little John I running underfloor radiant with mixing valves and baseboard as backup and primary heat for second floor I know baseboards should run at 180 and underfloor at 140-160  my only concern was with the HX wasn't sure if 20 deg diff was normal on the house side if that's ok I won't go any further just want to get the max btu's out of the HX.. Thanks all for ur help

A delta of 20 across you HX does sound a bit high...

You say you have a mixing valve on the secondary side (not OWB side); is there a chance that is what is limiting the max temp on that side of the HX?

The mixing valve is for my radiant loops only... What should my drop be across the HX

The temp I'm reading is coming out of the HX off my primary loop before it gets to my baseboard t's . I have a 008 taco pump before the HX on return side my concern was that the 008 was not enough flow allowing the low temp?

I have a 40 plate ex and that's the same temp I have on the 2nd side ! And iam max out . I run my 6048 at 195  I like to run it hot to keep the oxygen out of the water.

Fire boss I'm right there my self across the HX I was getting whacked  out readings at first there must hv been a lot of air in system still giving wrong temp readings she's good now running perfect and the 6048 is incredible my house is difficult to heat high ceilings with open ares to 2nd floor sitting on a hilltop with wind constantly blowing during this time of year and it is a comfy 74 deg with 15 hr burn time I can't ask for any better..
