Scott7m is a dealer.  You'll have to PM him because he hasn't been on here in a while.  Yoderheating is about to hang it up.  Their website will get you a dealer close to where you live.

Thanks, I was sold a lemon and my dealer is useless.  Heatmaster is trying to turn it around on me and I have been dealing with this for over a year and am fed up.

OK blanket statements like Lemon and useless don't tell us much, would you mind elaborating a bit, perhaps we can help! What is it about the boiler that makes you think it is a lemon?  skip the dealer and we will try to fix your issue.

I will be preparing a typed summary of all of my notes and will share the entire story with pictures as soon as possible with an attachment.  IT started with an install you will have to see to believe and  includes electronic and solenoid issues I have been having since the second day.

Woodstoves are pretty simple machines.  All will have there problems.  One mans idea of a problem is simply an adventure for another guy.  Look at it as a good way to get to know your stove and understand how it really works!  Heatmaster has no way of doing quality control on their dealers, ask for references before buying.  I am on my third Heatmaster and have had several issues myself.  Most of which my dealer was not able to figure out.  That's what this forum is for.  Ask questions and work thru it.  I have been on the phone with Heatmaster more than most and it's never been to tell them about the good days!  After a cooling down period I have looked back and realized that they have bent over backwards for me.  I wouldn't want any other stove than the one I have.  Like Aaron Rodgers said RELAX!  Things will work themselves out!

SLugo I totally agree that this is a great forum and it is too bad that there is not better quality control of dealers.  I will admit I should have known what kind of a dealer I had after seeing the way he installed my stove, the back side blocked up 3 feet and not using the back legs.  Basically a tippy 3 legged stool not to mention no where near level.  He also mixed up a shop line with the house line all after not running the existing perfectly long lines in under the stove as it was set.  Rather than picking it up and doing it right he used 2 elbows per line which all leaked and emptied my stove with expensive treatment.  Yes I should have shut valves behind stove off at end of year but that's beside the point.  I paid this want to be close to 400 dollars. This is only a small portion of my issues I've had.  I have tried to work directly with heat master and also tried finding another dealer.  Heatmaster has not once called me back like they have promised and when I have to call them back they act like they forgot everything and the last time I was told me and the dealer have to be big boys and work out my stove electrical  issues.  Lol very professional of him to condescend me.  I guess I will take your word about how good they have been to u sluggo and I will try them one more time next week.  Maybe they did honestly forget what I have talked with them about in the past.

I had really good luck Emailing them.  It gives you time to think thru your statements and it gives them time to read and think thru a solution.  I dealt almost exclusively with Ryan f.  Just curious why do you want a new stove?

I am having constant troubles with solenoids failing and also keeping the plunger retracted which then overheats the stove and it has boiled over multiple times.  Without my alarm system who knows what shape the stove would be in.  I have been working to resolve this since I first purchased the stove and am sick of it and my dealer.  If there are not any other dealers around then I probally would be better off going with a different manufacturer.  I will try ryan and see where things go.  I realize stoves are simple and it is easy to replace solenoids, but this stove obviously has issues and constantly replacing solenoids is not the solution.  Thanks sluggo and you are right about the emails, I will give that a try and try to organize my thoughts and notes better than what I have on here.  Sorry about that

Try to remember something woodburner, they are more than likely dealing with a couple of thousand new accounts per year, Hell I see people all the time at shows that are old customers that spent $20,000 dollars with me and I find myself saying , self who the heck is that guy, Perhaps if you simply remind them of who you are in a non bitchy way and give them a few minutes to pull up your info, then all are on the same page, I have spoken with the owners of Heatmaster myself and as I said about Heatmor in a different thread, I believe they are honorable businessmen that will take your concerns into account and attempt to solve your issues, could we give it a try?  If you like, I will attempt to be the bridge to connect the two sides! I would like to see a picture of the solenoid and flapper if anyone has one they could post or E-Mail me
