I started a thread in general called ROAD TRIP we will be showing the G 200 running on a road trip, great chance to see it in operation if you are near our planned trip

Here is a couple of pics of the G 200 show unit gassing this morning in Watertown NY, the first is through the viewing port that I installed on my show unit and the second is with the reaction chamber just opened! WOW!

Out of curiosity, how long do they expect the masonry cement to last in it? If it starts to break down, not exactly something the average owner could recast at home?

Who knows how long it will actually last, I would guess upwards of 5 years but until they have been widely used by homeowners and run in the field there really is no telling, I can tell you that I have been asked by Jake Friesen HeatMaster owner to abuse this boiler as much as I can in order to know what it can or cannot do, so far I have not had any issues with it and I'm burning 30% moisture content Red Oak, if there is an issue, I will find it!

So I take it the piece directly below the nozzle is easy to replace? Slide the old out and slide a new one in?

My father would be better for that, never reads instructions and if he does, they must be wrong as thats not how'd he do it.
