Usually USPS flat rate priority mail.  If it fits in one of their boxes, it ships at the box price.  They can ship cheaper because our tax dollars subsidize them.

If you want it on time and in the same condition as it left in then Fedex or UPS.

Depends on where it is going. USPS is quite a bit cheaper than UPS and FedEx up to 20 pounds within a few hundred miles. If it is going to an area the SpeeDee Delivery covers they they are probably cheapest.

I just shipped a 24 LB box to West Virginia today via USPS for $10.75 using the Regional rate box.
