How to Change Profile Settings?

 Wanting to change profile settings,namely my email account for notifications,and my password,but can't remember my password to make any changes.I have not signed out ever,since I cannot remember my password.I know other sites email you if you have forgotten your password,but could not find a button here to hit to do that.Any help would be appreciated.

Look for a email from me, I’ve temporarily changed your password, use the one I sent you in the email, log in and change it to your preference.
