Check out this Snow Plow.

The janitors that use this John Deere to blow snow at work.Managed to  destroy the blower  for the last time.Ended up ruining the pto drive to it also.
So the area manager wanted to know if us Project crew millwrights could make a plow for it.
Well 3 days later we have a nice Heavy Duty power angle plow.Came out real nice, and everything works good.My cohorts in crime,Greg and Andy Made the mold board,and I designed and built all the a-frame and lift mechanism. >:D

Well we tried it out today , and it did work excellent!My buddy took a video of me using it.Now he can't get hisnew phone to upload the video to youtube.So we might have to make another one later.Stripped it all back down today and started painting it.I hope to finnish that tomorrow.

Oh here is a short video of it all painted and back on the tractor.The janitors said it worked awesome!They couldn't believe how nice it worked on the tractor.

LOL I know we need some action shots of it.The video my buddy took we can't get off his stupid Blackberry. :bash:
Now the janitors use it ,and they plowed the snow on third shift that we just got.I hope we get some more and I get a chance to make a video of it.
Those tires are real sad on the front! :o
They would mow with it in four wheel drive ,and run it across the parking lot and drives all the time like that.IDIOTS! damn janitors.We keep telling them it should be a millwrights job to plow the snow. >:D
