Welcome to the site Duke,I don't have any pictures but I will try to post some tonight. I gutted an old gas furnace to use as a air handler and added a water to air HEX on top, using an electric base board heater thermostat to control the blower.

No pic's but here is a brief description.  Shop is 30 x 24 - 9 foot walls central Ont. Water to air HX             is 16 x 18 (same size as the one for 1500 sq ft farmhouse)
HX is mounted on a wooden platform about a foot off the floor.  (Wanted to mount it low in order to keep it below the level of the expansion tank.). Got a cheap shop exhaust fan which came in its own frame and mounted it in front of the HX.  It draws air through the coil and blows it accross both shop doors.  Also installed a track in the back of the HX so a filter could slide in.  The fan is controlled by a 110 V thermostat which is close to the center of the shop and hangs down from the ceiling about 3 feet.  I keep the thermostat off when not in use and the heat that convects through the coil keeps the shop around 40.  It takes a couple of hours to make the shop comfortable when the shop is in use.

This is how I am heating my 28x28 garage. It is a 16.5x21 HX with a Dayton Blower assembly attached. I mounted it to the ceiling joists using unistrut and 1/2 inch threaded rod. I have a Erie T.A.C. 3-way zone valve and a Honeywell R8285A1048 Fan Control which includes a relay which is mounted to a 4 inch box at the ceiling.
